Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be delayed.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen issues such as weather, carrier delays, customs, or high seasonal volume.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to carrier error

  • Theft after delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen:
Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will assist where possible, but we do not issue refunds for carrier-related issues.


International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees.


Pre-Orders / Backorders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order will ship once the item becomes available unless otherwise stated.
