Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a replacement.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received itβ€”unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers may use any carrier of their choice when returning the item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

To receive a different size, color, or item, you must return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new request for the desired item.


Replacements Only (No Refunds)

We do not issue refunds.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval and ship your replacement product.
